You can tell a lot about a person by what’s in their fridge. You can tell who’s a soda drinker, who’s a bottled salad dressing junkie, who eats out all the time, who likes to cook, and who cooks but never eats their leftovers. You can tell if a person buys their food at chain markets or farmers markets. You can tell if they have ADD or OCD. Then there’s the “organic-everything” person, the gluten-free person, the I-don’t-really-cook-but-I-heat-stuff-up “chef,” the vegans, the meat eaters and the person who hasn’t actually cleaned their refrigerator in a really really  l-o-n-g  time.

But one thing is for sure, the health-conscious people usually fill their refrigerators with fresh fruits and vegetables. Why is that? What do they know that other people don’t know?

Here’s what it comes down to. . .vegetables make you look and feel good. Isn’t that what we all want?
