Health begins to deteriorate and excess weight begins to accumulate due to poor digestion, nutrient deficiencies, toxicity, chronic stress and brain/nervous system dysfunction. Therefore, many physical symptoms and conditions can be alleviated or greatly improved by making dietary changes and/or incorporating nutritional supplements to support or detoxify the body and replenish nutrients.

Our job in working together is to assess your current state of health, identify underlying causes for your symptoms, create a plan of action, and empower you to implement a variety of self-care strategies that support the healing process


One-on-One SessionI do work with patients one-on-one. In these private sessions, you get my full undivided attention (either in person or over the phone). You can talk about all the “private stuff” going on with your body that’s too embarrassing to tell anyone else. . .I’ve pretty much heard it all!

Together we create a program that’s unique to YOU, that you will easily be able to implement into your hectic lifestyle, and then we monitor your progress, making changes along the way.

Depending on what you’re looking to achieve, we may run lab work, or you may just fill out symptom surveys so we know where to begin. This gives us a baseline so we can track the incredible progress you’re about to make.

Temple of Light 1The other way I work is I get a bunch of people together who are all working toward the same goal, let’s say weight loss and fatigue. SOOO much of what I do in private settings has to do with educating the patient not only on the problem, but especially on the solution. Then I need to show them what to do in order to get started.

This process takes anywhere from 30-60 minutes, so it’s great to be able to educate a group of people all at once. It also saves the group some money, and let’s face it, who doesn’t think that’s a win-win?
