This was too good to keep a secret so I’m sharing it with the world!
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce (I actually used Organic Gluten-Free, Low-Sodium Tamari by SAN-J)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Fresh Ginger
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Fresh Parsley
I shook this in a mason jar and used it to marinate chicken for about 8 hours. I grilled the chicken to an internal temperature of 175º and it was delicious!
It would probably go great on fish or vegetables as well. I hope you get creative and find some new meal ideas with this.
